Our current product line consists of custom air conditioning systems for automotive, van, truck, and recreational vehicle applications, along with a complete line of air conditioning replacement parts. We also supply microprocessor powered cruise controls, remote keyless entry / security systems, power windows, power door locks, and remote starters.
Texas Coil Company & Condensers, Inc. to manufacture evaporator and condenser coils. Texas Plastics for injection molded and vacuum formed plastic parts. Precision Electrical Products to manufacture wire harnesses. Metal Formers is a metal fabricating company. International Electronics is for electronic circuit boards and modules. Texas Compressors to supply remanufactured AC compressors. Thus, we are a completely integrated manufacturer for our products which gives us a competitive advantage. Today, SCS/Frigette is supplying products to many Original Equipment vehicle manufacturers including General Motors, Ford, Honda, Isuzu, Jaguar, Mazda, Nissan, and Subaru, and have been awarded the coveted "Q1 Supplier Award" by Ford Motor Company and the "First Team Supplier Award" by Nissan Motors of America. We also supply products to thirty nine (39) OEM Recreational Vehicle manufacturers. Scs/Frigette quality control standards have been approved by Chrysler Motors, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Jaguar, Mazda, Nissan, Saturn, Subaru, GAZ, VAZ, Volvo, Winnebago, and others.
A toll free, telephone diagnostic center has been established at SCS/Frigette to provide our distributors and installation centers information concerning the SCS/Frigette products. Our company has executives, executive assistants, sales and service personnel with over 950 years experience in the automotive business. We are confident that with our experienced personnel, our engineering expertise, and our O.E.M. quality control standards that SCS/Frigette and all of its supporting companies stand ready to satisfy the requirements of our existing and prospective customers. |

The Hickman companies established SCS as a cruise control manufacturer in 1979. They purchased Frigette in March of 1990 and a new company was organized under the name of SCS/Frigette.
To ensure top quality products at competitive costs, the Hickman companies have formed several sub-support companies:
SCS/Frigette's distributor network and key installers number in excess of 500 and have installation capabilities to support the SCS/Frigette products to the new car dealers who do not wish to perform installations. This assures the O.E.M. manufacturer that quality products, which they have approved, can be installed on their vehicles even though the car dealer may not wish to make the installation.
